Early bird registration fees are valid from June 30 until September 15, 2026.
Should you decide to pay conference fee by wire transfer, please bear in mind that all bank transfer charges should be paid by the conference attendee.
The conference registration fee includes attendance at all conference sessions, a copy of the proceedings, lunches and refreshments during the conference, as well as the conference dinner.
Payment Instructions
Each conference participant will receive an individual proforma invoice with dedicated payment details.
To receive the proforma invoice, participants are kindly requested to submit their invoicing details (full name, organization name, and organization address) to the Organizing Committee at pes@elfak.rs. Upon receipt of the required information, an individual proforma invoice will be issued and sent by e-mail. Payment should be made exclusively according to the instructions provided in the issued proforma invoice.

Presentation of your company and demonstration of your latest technological developments can be done during the ПЕС 2026 Conference. To inform about the possibility to present your company, please contact the Organizing Committee at pes@elfak.rs.
